Performance Toyota Fairfield seeks professionals holding the title of Automotive Master Technician with the expertise to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Honda vehicles. Qualified candidates stand to receive a Sign-On Bonus of up to $10,000. As we expand, we require dedicated team players committed to providing outstanding customer service. • $91,000.00 to $ Annually (Flat Rate)
• 40 Hour Week / Four 10 Hour Days – Off Three

• Professionals at this level already know the abilities and capabilities required
• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
• Participating in Manufacturer Advanced training and certifications
• Be a productive member of your team in the service shop

• 4-5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician or ASE Master Certified required
• Basic Computer literacy
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Completion of the Honda PACT Program is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows driving of customers and company vehicles
