Part-Time Corporate Outreach & Partnership Specialist
Location: Remote (CST/EST)
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per month
A growing short-term rental company is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven professional to expand corporate partnerships throughout the Kentucky area. Our primary goal is to connect with businesses and position ourselves as their trusted housing solutions provider for corporate stays, relocations, and extended assignments.
This role focuses on building meaningful connections with corporations and human resource leaders while ensuring we are fully optimized across booking platforms to capture every housing opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct strategic outbound outreach to corporations and HR professionals to introduce our housing solutions
- Set appointments with decision-makers to explore corporate partnership opportunities
- Develop and nurture professional relationships to drive corporate and extended-stay bookings
- Clearly communicate our value propositions (we will provide guidance and support)
- Ensure our properties are listed on designated booking platforms and maintain accurate, up-to-date availability calendars
- Assist with light marketing efforts, including newsletters and follow-up communications
- Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and partnership activity
- Experience in lead generation, outbound business development, or corporate outreach
- Comfortable initiating professional conversations and building long-term business relationships
- Possesses a hospitality mindset and understands how to position service-based solutions to companies
- Organized and detail-oriented, particularly with managing listings and calendars across platforms
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently
- Familiarity with corporate housing, short-term rentals, or hospitality is a plus
This is a flexible 1099 contractor opportunity (approximately 15 hours per month) ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, strategic outreach, and helping businesses secure dependable housing solutions for their teams.
