We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing organization seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Support Project Coordinator to support both sales and operations. This individual will take ownership of customer projects from initial quote through final delivery—coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer projects from RFQ through delivery
  • Coordinate and support all sales-related activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Source, evaluate, and communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and capabilities
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes by analyzing cost inputs and project requirements
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules with vendors
  • Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and production timelines
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data within internal systems/ERP
  • Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Build and maintain strong relationships while holding internal and external partners accountable
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and make sound decisions
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Experience in sales support, project coordination, procurement, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are a plus
