Position: Personal Lines Client Service Manager I

How You ll Make An Impact

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence. You’ll provide personalized service, answer questions about policies, endorsements, and claims, and offer solutions to meet their needs. Whether it’s discussing auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies, you’ll ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining accurate client and policy data, using Gallagher’s technology to streamline processes and improve service quality. By collaborating with your team, you’ll help secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services, all while managing multiple priorities with ease.

About You

Required:

Bachelor s degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience - OR - High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. Producer s License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:
Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
