Business Analyst, Operations Manager
Where You’ll Work
- This role is hybrid with occasional on-site requirements. Employees should be available to attend in-person meetings, training sessions or other business-critical activities as needed at the West Chester, OH Corporate Office. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered:
Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Develop sales, inventory, and margin plans that support category financial goals and customer needs.
- Build forecasts, manage buys, and maintain healthy inventory levels to balance service, demand, and productivity.
- Lead open-to-buy planning and help optimize inventory investment across the category.
- Monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve sales, margin, and inventory efficiency.
- Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Digital, Creative, Supply Chain, and vendor partners to execute category plans.
- Support assortment planning by using historical trends, forecasts, pricing insights, and performance data to guide decisions.
- Drive in-season reforecasting, markdown planning, and inventory actions to respond to changing business needs.
- Maintain operational execution through vendor communication, item data accuracy, and support for important business processes.
- 3+ years of experience in retail planning, forecasting, inventory management, financial planning, or financial analysis.
- Preferred experience in direct-to-consumer retail and upscale assortments, including furniture.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, merchandising, economics, business, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related planning, finance, or analytical systems.
- Experience working with data management and planning systems.
