Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the local Wright‑Patterson AFB area.

Senior Program Manager - Product Improvement and Aircraft Maintenance Subject Matter Expert to support the KC‑46 Division (AFLCMC/WLCS) at Wright‑Patterson AFB. The successful candidate will provide acquisition planning and execution support to the KC‑46 Division, leveraging a strong background in DoW acquisition processes.

• Develop acquisition planning and execution documentation for complex defense projects; analyze cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Provide acquisition planning and execution support across the full lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, testing, fielding, and sustainment.
• Apply expertise in DoW acquisition processes to support product improvement and aircraft maintenance areas.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across government, contractor organizations, and war‑fighter communities.
• Develop, track, and analyze program metrics to ensure effective program oversight and decision‑making.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and status updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure program compliance with DoW, Air Force, and AFLCMC policies, regulations, and acquisition frameworks.
• Identify program risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution.
• Lead and facilitate Integrated Product Teams and stakeholder organizations to ensure alignment across functional areas.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

• 15+ years of experience managing aviation maintenance projects.
• Experience executing aircraft Product Improvement Working Groups.

• Air Force aviation maintenance experience.
• Experience supporting multiple aircraft: F‑35, F‑22, F‑15, F‑16, KC‑10.
• Low observable and maintenance experience.
