Position Summary

Project Manager II, Implementation and Sustainment – Supply Chain at Walmart leads projects that enhance operational efficiencies and support the growth of supply‑chain initiatives. The role involves designing tools, coordinating with business units, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with corporate objectives.

• Develop, maintain, and improve tools that support project initiatives, such as feedback collection and gap identification tools.
• Lead large or multiple medium‑sized projects, defining scope, objectives, success criteria, risks, and managing planning activities.
• Analyze business efficiencies for Walmart Central Operations sustainment and implementation projects, applying analytical methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate project metrics and status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring progress and results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity, integrating these into project planning and execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field, or 4 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field.

Experience developing reporting, database, and/or feedback tools, leading cross‑functional teams, writing SQL queries, creating Excel macro automation, and implementing report automation solutions.
