About the RoleIn this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Sales Academy programs across segments and business units. You will play a key role in organizing training sessions, managing communications, and maintaining data accuracy to support reporting and strategic decisions. The role also supports high-visibility initiatives including the Global Sales Forum, Sales Pitch Forum, and quarterly executive reporting.
Responsibilities- Attend planning meetings with sales leaders to discuss Sales Academy offerings, including OUTCOME Selling, Manager Training, Negotiations, and Customer Success / Solutions Consultant programs.
- Support meeting logistics and maintain awareness of training priorities across segments and business units.
- Manage follow‑up actions from planning meetings, including distributing course information, scheduling touchpoints, and coordinating next steps.
- Collect sales rosters prior to each training session and manage session logistics, including venue reservations and pre‑work assignments via Docebo.
- Send participant surveys and coordinate issuance of Linked In learning badges following sessions.
- Own and distribute the Sales Academy newsletter on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain the master Sales Academy Excel spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy of session IDs, business unit data, and attendee rosters.
- Track and report progress against Sales Academy KPOs, including training coverage, new hire completion, negotiation sessions, and Gong feature adoption.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, sales operations, training operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic reporting.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Docebo) or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Gong).
- Experience supporting sales training, L&D, or enablement programs in a corporate environment.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally with sales leaders and business partners.
