• Supervise the work of a team of client service specialists
• Direct workflow and monitor workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly
• Train new client service staff in support policies and procedures
• Create and distribute documented resolutions for common client service issues
• Provide direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues
• Other duties as assigned

• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum seven years industry experience required
• Minimum five years supervisory experience required

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
