Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transition of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services
- Develop a Conversion Strategy with the client
- Review and follow up on data delivery from Prior Recordkeepers
- Produce reports to review with the client
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations
- General understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Ability to understand and work with payroll software programs
- Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
