Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage the on‑site construction team
- Coordinate and oversee all site work
- Work with the Project Manager
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness on‑site
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making
- Experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
