Wayne Homes values: do right by everyone. We want to give customers a great home and a great buying experience, and we want to give employees a career that promotes wellness and a balanced life.
At Wayne Homes, we’re continuously evolving our career and compensation program. Within our benefits, we provide opportunities to grow income, advance your career and enhance well-being. For example, in addition to medical insurance, benefits include Accel Well, which gives you access to health coaches as well as personalized meal and workout plans. We’ll give you Random Acts of Kindness Days (RAK Days) to volunteer for the community cause of your choice.
We actively promote career growth with tuition assistance and opportunities for advancement. We host quarterly and annual company celebrations. And when you’re ready to build a Wayne home of your own, you’ll receive a generous employee discount. In addition to standard benefits like 401k, paid holidays, and generous paid time off.
It all comes down to this. We want happy customers because a happy customer is a loyal customer. And we want happy employees because a happy employee is a great addition to the Wayne Homes family.
