Traveling Data Center Superintendent

Location: Multiple project sites (Travel Required — Not Remote)

Reports To: Project Executive / Director of Field Operations

The Traveling Data Center Superintendent provides on-site field leadership across multiple mission-critical data center construction projects, traveling between active job sites as project needs dictate. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with extended travel, temporary relocation, and adapting quickly to new sites, teams, and client requirements while maintaining consistent quality, safety, and schedule performance.

• Travel to and manage field operations across multiple active data center project sites, often on a rotational or as-needed basis
• Provide hands‑on supervision of daily construction activities, trade coordination, and subcontractor management
• Enforce site safety programs and ensure OSHA and client‑specific safety compliance at each location
• Coordinate with MEP trades on critical infrastructure (power, cooling, generators, UPS, BMS systems)
• Quickly assess and integrate into new project teams, site conditions, and client expectations upon arrival at each location
• Manage schedule, manpower tracking, and progress reporting using Procore, P6, or similar tools
• Support commissioning and pre‑commissioning activities alongside MEP and controls teams
• Serve as a mentor/resource to site teams, helping standardize best practices across multiple projects
• Maintain strict adherence to site security and access protocols at each data center location
