Lead Large-Scale Mechanical Projects with a Growing Industry Leader

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead major mechanical construction projects throughout Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in mechanical contracting, HVAC, piping, and plumbing who is passionate about delivering complex commercial and industrial projects while developing high-performing teams.

As a Project Executive, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, oversee Project Managers and field teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

• Provide executive oversight for multiple mechanical construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead teams consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems installation on large commercial and industrial projects.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and trade partners.
• Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and value engineering.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop project management staff while promoting a collaborative culture.
• Participate in business development and help identify new project opportunities.

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction.
• Strong background with a mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, piping, and plumbing
  .
• Experience leading multiple large commercial or industrial mechanical projects.
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Executive.
• Strong financial management and P&L experience.
• Proven leadership managing project teams and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
