Worship Pastor - Plain

The Worship Pastor will oversee and facilitate the day-to-day operations at our Plain City Campus

Ministerial/Program Staff

• Provide leadership and general direction for Worship Ministries at the Plain City Campus.
• Provide leadership and pastoral care for leaders and volunteers on the Plain City Worship team.
• Oversee, lead, and pastor the Plain City Production team.
• Work with Worship Pastors on the Cross-Campus (CC) Team for collaborative planning and alignment of annual and weekly calendar and action plans (scheduling setlists, dates, events, auditions, training, etc.).
• Oversee and lead in the implementation of annual calendar and action plans agreed to by the CC Worship team at the Plain City Campus.
• Oversee and lead in the planning and oversight for annual budgets and expenditures at the Plain City Campus.
• Oversee identification, recruitment and equipping of an appropriate volunteer base for the Plain City Campus.
• Foster a culture of developing, equipping, empowering, and multiplying coaches and leaders.
• Work with the broader Lifepoint staff team and CC team to schedule worship leaders for events as needed.
• As desired, work with the CC Team to compose and record original music for Lifepoint Collective.
• Meet regularly with the Plain City Teaching Pastor for communicating worship strategy, vision, and cross-campus alignment.
• Other duties as assigned by the Plain City Teaching Pastor.
