The Designer is responsible for executing high‑quality, brand‑aligned creative across a variety of marketing channels. This role works closely with senior designers and cross‑functional partners to bring campaigns and initiatives to life through thoughtful, effective visual design.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow—bringing strong design fundamentals and a curiosity to learn and develop within a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
Core Responsibilities Visual Design & Execution- Design and produce creative assets across print, digital, and in‑store channels—including menus, signage, marketing collateral, social media, and web graphics
- Execute design work based on established brand guidelines and creative direction
- Apply strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and production standards
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotions through visual design
- Adapt existing creative across multiple formats and channels
- Assist in preparing design files for print and digital production
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and brand teams to support creative needs
- Work closely with senior designers to refine concepts and execute final deliverables
- Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs
- Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready files according to specifications
- Organize and maintain design files and assets
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all outputs
- Deliver polished, on‑brand creative with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Thrive in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines effectively
- Create and adapt high‑quality assets across print, digital, social media, signage, and in‑store formats using Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate professionally by incorporating feedback, supporting team needs proactively, and preparing accurate production‑ready files for print and digital channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of professional design experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills across print and digital
- Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer brand environments
- Familiarity with digital and social media asset creation
- Exposure to environmental or in‑store design (signage, menus, décor)
- Basic knowledge of print production and file preparation
