Web PublisherPosition Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Web Publisher to join our web publishing team. This role is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining web content across our digital platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, usability, and adherence to brand and UX standards. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, is comfortable with repetitive tasks, and maintains a high level of precision in execution.
Key Responsibilities- Publish, update, and maintain website content using a content management system (CMS), experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a plus.
- Format and style content using HTML and CSS to ensure proper rendering across devices and browsers.
- Apply UX best practices to ensure content is intuitive, accessible, and user‑friendly.
- Build and adjust page layouts using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Translate design concepts and wireframes (e.g., from Figma) into functional web pages.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Proofread content for grammar, formatting, links, and accessibility issues.
- Manage content updates that may involve repetitive or high‑volume tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, web design, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
