Digital Content Creator Onsite (Cincinnati, OH area)

• Collaborate across teams to develop and publish clear, impactful digital content using leading content management tools.
• Ensure content quality by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to style guidelines.
• Manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Support content transformation projects that enhance automation and ease of use for internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest product, process, and technology developments to keep content relevant and effective.

• 6-9 years of experience in digital content creation, editing, or publishing.
• Proficiency with content management applications and MS Office.
• Strong business and technical writing skills, capable of producing clear and concise content for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of financial services or benefits administration is a plus.

• Experience with automation in content processes.
• Background in workplace investing or financial services content.
• Familiarity with content quality standards and style guides.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 6-9 years of related professional experience, ideally within a corporate or technical environment.
