WE'RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED FLORAL DESIGNER
Are you passionate about flowers, creativity, and creating beautiful arrangements that make someone's day? We're looking for an experienced Floral Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team!
What You'll Do:
- Create fresh, beautiful floral arrangements for everyday orders and special occasions
- Design bouquets, sympathy flowers, weddings, events, and custom arrangements
- Work with customers to bring their floral vision to life
- Maintain quality, freshness, and attention to detail in every design
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and inviting floral workspace
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of professional floral design experience
- Strong knowledge of flowers, greenery, mechanics, and floral care
- Excellent design skills and a creative eye
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and professional customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
