Position: Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Airline Reservations Department for one of our clients.
In this pivotal Entry Level role
, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with airline bookings, inquiries, and travel arrangements.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in ensuring clear communication with customers, allowing you to guide them through the reservation process, address any concerns, and provide information on flights, fare options, and related services. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within our airline operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Portuguese-speaking customers with inquiries regarding airline reservations via phone, email, and chat
  • Guide clients through the booking process for flights, seat selections, and ticket changes
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of complex issues
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our services and processes
  • Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and changes in flight schedules
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the airline industry, is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for travel and helping customers with their travel plans
  • Familiarity with customer support software and reservation systems is advantageous
