Position: French Speaking Customer Service for Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this vibrant Junior role, you will offer exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to hotel reservations, hospitality services, and ensuring a memorable experience.

Your fluency in French will be crucial as you guide customers through the reservation process, provide information on accommodation options, and address any concerns they may have. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat for hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries
  • Assist customers with reservation requests, modification, and cancellation processes
  • Respond to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless coordination of bookings
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance our services and offerings
  • Stay informed about industry trends and local hospitality initiatives
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Passion for travel and helping customers create exceptional experiences
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
