Position: Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Logistics & Shipping Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Client's Logistics & Shipping Department! In this vital Junior role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing essential support and assistance with their logistics and shipping inquiries. Your language skills will be instrumental in ensuring clear communication and outstanding service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to shipping rates, logistics, and tracking
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service processes
  • Provide detailed information about shipping options and timelines
  • Gather feedback from customers to enhance our services
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the logistics or shipping industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a busy environment
