Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Gaming & Sports Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Gaming & Sports Department for one of our clients! In this entry level role, you will be the key point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and information related to our gaming and sports services. Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to connect with our community of gamers and sports enthusiasts effectively.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaming and sports and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy helping others and have excellent communication skills, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team!

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to gaming and sports services
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer management system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions
  • Provide detailed information about our gaming products and sports offerings
  • Gather client feedback to help improve our services
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge of gaming and sports
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or sports industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
