Responsibilities
Liaise with merchants to troubleshoot technical issues and respond to operational enquiries in a timely manner.
Coordinate and perform on-site kiosk/POS setup, installation, and basic configuration when required.
Conduct on-site training for merchants on kiosk/POS system operations and usage.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and follow up on merchants’ design and customization requests.
Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency for merchants.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Min 2 years experience in relevant field.
Experience with point-of-sales / self-ordering kiosk is an advantage.

Henderson.Working Hours:
Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), WFH options available.Salary:
Up to $4100 (Basic).Able to start work immediate or on short notice.
