Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department! In this essential role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking clients in navigating their subscription services, ensuring they receive excellent support and guidance tailored to their needs. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding their subscriptions, billing issues, and service features
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Provide clear and detailed information about subscription benefits and policies
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve our services
  • Participate in training sessions to keep your knowledge up to date
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially in a subscription or service-based industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
