Position Overview
Position:
Personal Banker – Retail Branch, Louisville, KY (Iroquois Branch). PNC is an in‑office company that values collaboration and inclusiveness. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
Conducts proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty.
Delivers a comprehensive PNC conversation with every client to identify appropriate solutions.
Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
Manages risk by adhering to all policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and exercising heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications- Associate’s degree or equivalent; or a combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience.
- At least 3 years of related experience or product knowledge.
- Banking knowledge, customer service, proactive sales, technology proficiency, and effective communication.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, problem‑solve, and prospect for new business.
- Knowledge of retail lending and financial products.
