Guest Service Liaison (Part‑time, Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am‑5:00pm).

Overview

Guest Service Liaison duties include greeting and assisting patients and guests, welcoming them into Master sons Place, providing directions throughout the facility, using computers to locate patient rooms, performing light housekeeping, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Core Functions
  • Met, greet and assist patients and guests and provide general information regarding the services, facility, and surrounding area.
  • Respond to special requests from patients, customers, and guests, arranging unique needs such as scheduling transportation or other services.
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities and establishments.
  • Coordinate patient needs with other departments/areas, contracting appropriate individuals or departments to resolve requests.
  • Coordinate access to the care delivery area, perform visitor authorization procedures, serve as liaison between visitors and staff, relay visitor concerns, and coordinate visitor support services.
  • Answer phone, transfer calls, take messages, and relay messages and information as needed.
  • Provide tours of the facility and walk customers to appropriate areas within the facility.
  • Perform functions within established parameters, performing daily work duties with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    • Ability to handle ongoing face‑to‑face contact with patients, guests and staff.
    • Excellent oral communication and listening skills to interact pleasantly and calmly with patients, guests and staff.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
