Overview

Location:

Huron, SD. On-site in Dakota Dunes. Employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating. Shift options vary:
Full-Time options include Monday–Friday schedules with evenings and every other Saturday;
Part-Time options with weekday afternoons and every other Saturday. Pay starts at $17.25–$19.15/hour, with opportunities for increases and incentives.

Fluent bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are compensated with a 10% differential and are not required.

• Answer inbound calls about our products and services.
• Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations.
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor.
• Maintain a strong phone presence while assisting customers, including those with less than perfect credit.
• Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys.
• Participate in team meetings.
