Hotel Guest Service Agent

Job Description

Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to

• Customer Service
• Sales
• Checking guests in/out
• Promoting company programs
• Maintaining guest records
• Running nightly reports
• Cash handling
• Handling customer issues in professional manner
• May be asked to perform duties of other departments if necessary such as laundry.
• Required to wear a uniform
• Requires multitasking
• Any other task deemed necessary by Management

Shifts will be: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm

Holidays and weekends are required.

Customer Service experience preferred but not required.
