Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Covington, Kentucky.

Position Overview

Community-based general dentistry role within a progressive and financially stable healthcare organization. Opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care while maintaining strong work-life balance through structured scheduling. Established clinical support structure with consistent patient flow and production incentives. Practice focused on coordinated patient care, preventative dentistry, and long-term oral health outcomes. Covington location offering historic charm, strong community atmosphere, and convenient access to the greater Cincinnati region.

Compensation

Base Salary: $180,000 including base, production, and quality bonuses. $20,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days. Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement. NHSC loan repayment eligibility.

Schedule

Four-day work week.

Typical schedule:

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. One Saturday per month, offset with preceding Friday off. 40 hours weekly in office.

Role

Diagnose and treat oral health conditions within outpatient dental setting. Perform general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and preventative care. Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and preventative dentistry. Conduct examinations, cleanings, and diagnostic evaluations. Collaborate with dental staff to support coordinated patient care delivery. Maintain infection control and safety standards within clinical environment.

Environment

Progressive community health dental setting. Structured outpatient dentistry model. Stable patient volume averaging 20-25 visits daily. Coordinated support staff environment. Community-focused patient population.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree REQUIRED. Eligible for dental licensure in Kentucky REQUIRED. Comfortable practicing general dentistry REQUIRED. Strong patient communication and treatment planning skills preferred. New graduates welcome.
