Senior Project Architect – Mentor, Oh

• Initiate design concepts, lead the development of construction documents, and carry a project through the construction administration process for multiple project types and sizes.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule.
• Conduct technical reviews in support of our Quality Control program.
• Interact with clients on a regular basis. Attend meetings with client/contractor related to architectural aspects. Present and sell design solutions at client meetings and public hearings.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee the work of junior‑level Architects and mentor other staff members as needed.
• Assist in development of proposals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program.
• Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
• Ten or more years of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop fee proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Client interfacing experience.
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable.
