T (TLA) is seeking a thoughtful, motivated, and self-driven architectural professional to join our growing practice. Individuals who are technically capable, design-conscious, and have 3 to 5 years of professional experience are ideal candidates.

Responsibilities- Contribute to projects through multiple phases of design and construction
- Independently perform architectural assignments on projects of moderate size and complexity
- Assist in design studies, planning analyses, occupancy studies, and design layouts
- Prepare project specifications, reports, and supporting technical documentation
Compile, organize, and analyze project-related information and technical data - Review drawings, reports, plans, estimates, and calculations for coordination and accuracy
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and senior staff to support successful project delivery
- Participate proactively in problem-solving, coordination, and project communication
- Take initiative in learning, improving workflows, and contributing positively to studio culture
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of conventional architectural design and documentation processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Self‑motivated with a willingness to take initiative and continue growing professionally
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Proficiency in Revit and standard architectural software platforms
- Thoughtful and disciplined design thinking
- Technical rigor and attention to detail
