Job Description

• Will work with the president and the Engineering department on continuous improvement methodologies, performance metrics, KPI’s and OPEX projects
• Will focus on key plant metrics: safety, quality, time and delivery, equipment downtime and efficiency

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of continuous improvement experience
• Metals forming background – stamping is a huge plus
• Green belt of higher
