The Kitchen and Bath Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Covington, KY. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, measuring and assessing spaces, and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath designs using industry-standard design software. The designer will develop detailed layouts, select cabinetry and counter top materials, and present clear proposals and renderings for client review.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with fabricators and installers, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring designs are feasible and meet quality standards. The designer will also support showroom activities, provide product guidance, and help drive sales through strong client relationships and professional follow-through.

• Ability to perform Kitchen & Bath Design with proficiency in cabinetry layout, space planning, and use of 2020 design software.
• Strong Customer Service skills to guide clients through design decisions and ensure a positive experience.
• Clear, professional Communication skills for client consultations, presentations, and coordination with internal teams.
• Sales abilities to explain options, prepare proposals, and support closing design and remodeling projects.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry construction, finishes, and hardware, with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Relevant experience in residential design, interior design, or a related field; portfolio of completed projects is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with measuring job sites, reading plans, and working closely with fabricators and installers.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Covington, KY, manage multiple projects, and maintain organized documentation.
• Education in interior design, architecture, or a related discipline is a plus, as is experience with granite, quartz, and marble surfaces.
