Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach

Overview

Kentucky Country Day School is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach to lead and grow our girls soccer program. As the program currently has low participation numbers, the ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing interest and engagement in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment.

The season begins around July 20, 2026, with preseason practices held in the early morning or late evening to accommodate high summer temperatures. The official season starts on August 10, 2026, with practices typically held after school from 4:00 PM–5:30 PM. Teams generally compete in two games per week, and the season concludes at the end of September.

This position includes a $4,200 stipend. Upon hiring, the coach will be expected to hold a team meeting with players and parents to communicate expectations, coaching philosophy, and the fall schedule.
