Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Summer Youth Job Coach to support young individuals in community employment sites within Butler, Hamilton, and Warren Counties, OH. The ideal candidate will work closely with youth participants to provide guidance, mentorship, and job readiness training throughout the summer program. This role is essential in helping youth develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support to youth participants in the summer job program.
  • Monitor and evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with employers and community partners to ensure positive work experiences for youth.
  • Help youth set and achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to participant activities and outcomes.
  • Have experience as a Summer Youth Job Coach or in a similar youth mentoring or coaching role.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivate and inspire young people.
  • Apply knowledge of job readiness and workforce development principles.
  • Maintain organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Submit resume and cover letter to our hiring team.
Education & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Teaching or job coaching experience preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
