Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students!

Program and Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour (based on education and experience). Program

Hours:

Monday–Friday 7:00‑8:30 am and 3:20‑6:00 pm.

Location:

You will have a “home base” location but may be asked to travel to different schools within the district.

• Attend daily program meetings to review goals, share ideas, discuss professional progress, and encourage collaboration and team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities, preparing curriculum and ensuring it aligns with program objectives. Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy by monitoring the environment, addressing hazards, and following all safety protocols, including documenting attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least one year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in‑person certification.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
