National Heritage Academies is seeking a Dean to ensure high-quality learning for every student by developing a supportive culture for educators. The Dean will coach teachers, manage parent relationships, and lead performance evaluations while engaging with data to drive successful educational outcomes for all students. The ideal candidate should possess a BA in Education or a related field, a valid Administrator Licensure, and at least 3-5 years of experience in teaching and school leadership.
