Salary: $20.11 - $25.88 per hour

What You’ll Do- Support teachers and students in classrooms and small groups.
- Assist with instruction, behavior support, and daily living needs.
- Help students build independence, social skills, and confidence.
- Be a valued member of a collaborative educational team.
- Valid Ohio educational aide permit/license (or ability to obtain).
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- CPI training (provided).
- Ability to work with students with diverse needs.
- Meaningful work that impacts students every day.
