Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team for the  school year in Cleveland, OH. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Ohio Academic Content Standards and promote student understanding and mastery of grade-level curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with individualized education plans (IEPs) and English language learners (ELLs).
• Assess student progress regularly through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to instruction and student support.
• municate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with best practices in education.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid Ohio teaching license appropriate for the grade level and subject area.
• Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and best practices in elementary education.
• Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
