Saint Martin de Porres High School is seeking a dynamic, energetic and self-driven Relationship & Student Support Manager to be part of an innovative urban college-prep and career readiness high school experience.

Our competitive edge is our Corporate Work Study program, which allows students to gain real world work experience while receiving a college preparatory education. The Relationship & Student Support Manager plays a key role in the success of Corporate Work Study (CWS) by managing a portfolio of client partnerships while supporting students’ professional growth and workplace success.
This position serves as a liaison between clients, students, families, and internal teams to build strong relationships, address challenges proactively, and ensure a positive work-study experience for all stakeholders. The manager also supports student engagement initiatives by providing coaching, intervention, and retraining support to help students successfully return to and thrive in the workplace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship Management & Partner Support- Serve as the primary Relationship Manager for an assigned portfolio of Corporate Work Study partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors through consistent communication, responsiveness, and trust.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to workplace supervisors, students, and families.
- Address workplace concerns proactively, helping resolve challenges and prevent recurring issues.
- Conduct supervisor onboarding for new partners, clearly communicating the mission, expectations, and goals of Corporate Work Study.
- Conduct a minimum of two site visits annually for each assigned partner account to monitor student experiences, workplace conditions, and supervisor feedback.
- Support partner retention and renewal efforts, including recontracting and identifying opportunities for expanded engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow Relationship Managers and the CWS team to support student performance reviews, job placement decisions, workplace coaching efforts, and daily AM/PM operational check-in.
- Develop and maintain student support resources, including intervention plans, performance improvement plans (PIPs), coaching materials, and retraining resources.
- Plan and facilitate workplace retraining programs for students removed from or terminated from job placements, focusing on accountability, skill development, and successful re-entry into the workplace.
- Facilitate one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching sessions that help students strengthen employability skills, navigate workplace challenges, and improve workplace performance.
- Ensure 100% completion of required Department of Labor training hours for freshman and sophomore students within designated timelines, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Support the planning and implementation of CWS Lion Pride Institute curriculum, training resources, and student development events.
- Coordinate communication and follow‑up with students, families, workplace supervisors, and school staff regarding workplace incidents, support plans, retraining expectations, and student progress.
