Instructional Design & Facilitation Intern

Remote (Flexible Scheduling; travel to sites as needed)

6 months (Paid Internship; potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs)

The Instructional Design & Facilitation Intern will support the creation, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce development. This role offers a balanced opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in both instructional design and live facilitation. The intern will collaborate with learning and development professionals to design engaging training materials and assist with delivering interactive learning experiences for frontline, operational, and leadership audiences.

• Collaborate with the manager and stakeholders to design and develop comprehensive training programs and educational materials.
• Assist in the creation of instructional materials, including e‑learning courses, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, videos, and instructor‑led training content.
• Contribute to the development of interactive and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create practical, learner‑centered training solutions.
• Support updates and maintenance of existing learning materials to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Conduct quality checks on instructional materials to ensure they meet established design and development standards.

• Assist with facilitating virtual and in‑person training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
• Support training logistics and coordination for learning initiatives across teams and sites.
• Help create engaging and inclusive learning environments that encourage participation and collaboration.
