Job SummaryThe band secretary will work under the direction of the ONU Director of Bands to prepare and organize musical pieces, track attendance, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Pull, file, and organize music in the Presser band library.
- Make legal copies as needed.
- Prepare and organize music for use by band members.
- Maintain the band music library spreadsheet.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Musical knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively - Ability to handle private and confidential material and information
- Professionalism
- Ability to multitask
- Must be enrolled as an ONU student
- Good academic standing
- Music major, minor, or ensemble participant preferred
