OverviewMOGEL, on behalf of a leading education technology organization, is seeking a dynamic National Curriculum Consultant to support sales growth through expert curriculum consultation, engaging presentations, and strategic partnerships with K-12 school districts nationwide.
This highly visible role serves as a trusted advisor to district leaders, educators, and sales teams, helping schools evaluate and implement innovative instructional solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep educational expertise with exceptional presentation skills and a passion for helping customers solve instructional challenges.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Consulting & Presentations- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual presentations to district leaders, administrators, and educators.
- Customize demonstrations and presentations to align with district goals, instructional priorities, and student achievement needs.
- Facilitate product evaluations, webinars, conference presentations, and executive-level discussions.
- Serve as a trusted educational consultant throughout the sales process, helping customers identify solutions that support teaching and learning goals.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to develop and execute territory-specific growth strategies.
- Support the full customer evaluation process, from initial discovery through adoption decisions.
- Provide curriculum expertise and consultative guidance to strengthen customer engagement and purchasing outcomes.
- Help identify instructional challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Lead and manage pilot implementations, including training, progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, and success measurement.
- Support district leaders and educators throughout evaluation and adoption processes.
- Gather feedback and insights to strengthen future implementations and sales strategies.
- Maintain deep expertise in K-12 curriculum, instructional practices, and educational technology.
- Stay current on educational trends, curriculum standards, pedagogy, and emerging technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital learning solutions and instructional innovation.
- Develop supporting materials, alignment documents, and resources to enhance customer experiences.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Build strong relationships with district stakeholders and educational leaders.
- Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from classroom educators to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in educational leadership, instructional coaching, curriculum consulting, sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of classroom teaching experience within core curriculum areas.
- Experience delivering presentations to district leaders, administrators, and executive-level audiences.
- Strong understanding of K-12 instructional practices, curriculum implementation, and educational technology.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, presentation platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred.
- STEM and/or bilingual experience highly desirable.
