Key Qualifications- Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field (required)
- Current and valid Kentucky school psychologist license
- Experience working within elementary, middle, or high school environments preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and document findings
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) meetings
- Provide direct counseling, intervention, and crisis support to students as needed
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on strategies to improve student outcomes
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Advocate for student needs and contribute to creating safe and positive school climates
