Certified Critical Need Incentive: Candidates selected for critical need-based positions are eligible to receive salary credit up to 25 years of approved previous experience

• Plan, organize, and deliver the program of instruction based on approved curriculum.
• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate student progress.
• Maintain records and make reports.
• Enforce Board policies, regulations, and rules.
• Supervise students and secure and maintain school property and materials.

• Kentucky certification appropriate to the grade level and curricular assignment (MSD Certification).
• Experience and preparation required by the Board.
