• Teach MCAT courses on a flexible, hybrid schedule (mostly weekends and evenings).
• Support students inside and outside of class by helping them solve problems and apply critical thinking across the sciences.
• Use academic data to close opportunity gaps for under‑represented students.
• Collaborate remotely with colleagues and complete training and class prep from home.

• Minimum 8‑month commitment to the role.
• Minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Scores within the 90th percentile of the MCAT.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
