Part-Time Preschool Assistant Teacher
Salary Range $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Education Level High School
DescriptionTHIS POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 11:30AM-5:30PM!!!
Join Learning Grove, a trusted nonprofit serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As an Assistant Teacher, you'll help create engaging, play-based learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, while supporting lead teachers and building strong relationships with families.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with young children preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality
- Support classroom setup and daily activities
- Assist with child development tracking and family engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment
- Collaborate with staff to meet high-quality standards
- Provided training, coaching, and career growth support
- Free/reduced college tuition or scholarship money for KY residents to receive a CDA, AA, BA, or MA
