Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain power plants, including repairs, troubleshooting, and improvement of power systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation.
- A GED or High School Diploma.
- A valid US driver’s license.
- For management and leadership roles, expertise in leading diverse technical teams with an emphasis on adhering to safety standards.
- Wind Turbine Technician
- Solar Technician
- BESS Technician
- Control Room Operator
- Site Manager
- Field Service Engineer
- Team Leader
These are full‑time, permanent employment positions and require on‑site work.
