Overview
OFS Field Operations | Completions:
Force Pressure Control is seeking professional, safety‑oriented field personnel with full cycle experience operating oil and gas mixing equipment. Ability to adjust to wellsite conditions and troubleshoot equipment to optimize performance is valued.
- Submit real-time data from pH meters and record readings at specified intervals.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address issues or adjustments needed.
- Operate and troubleshoot mixing equipment to optimize wellsite performance.
- Adapt to varying wellsite conditions and support safety and operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior working background in oil and gas mixing operations.
- Competent in drill out and production chemicals; competency in other well completions operations is valued.
- Local candidates preferred (Eagle Ford); out-of-area candidates will be considered.
The Mixing Plant Operator position is full-time, non-exempt. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off, paid holiday schedule, health/medical/ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
